म्हाडा कोकण मंडळ सोडत २०२३ : ५० हजारही अर्ज नाहीत, शेवटच्या दिवसापर्यंत ४६५४ घरांसाठी ४९ हजार ९१९ अर्ज

म्हाडाच्या कोकण मंडळाच्या ४६५४ घरांच्या (१४ भुखंडांसह) सोडतीसाठीची सोडतपूर्व प्रक्रियेची (अर्जविक्री-अर्जस्वीकृती) मुदत शुक्रवारी संपुष्टात आली. शेवटच्या दिवसापर्यंत अनामत रक्कमेसह ४८ हजार ९१९ अर्ज सादर झाले आहेत. कोकण मंडळाच्या घरांसाठी मागील काही वर्षांपासून लाखात अर्ज येत असताना यंदा अर्जांची संख्या ५० हजारांचाही टप्पा पार करू शकलेली नाही. कोकण मंडळाच्या ४६५४ घरांच्या (१४ भूखंडांसह) सोडतीसाठीच्या नोंदणी, अर्जविक्री आणि अर्जस्वीकृतीला ८ मार्चपासून सुरुवात झाली होती. ही प्रक्रिया शुक्रवारी संपली. बुधवारी रात्रीपर्यंत अर्ज भरण्यासाठी दिलेल्या मुदतीत ५९ हजार ५८ इच्छुकांनी अर्ज भरले. आरटीजीएस, एनईएफटीसह अर्ज जमा करण्याची मुदत शुक्रवारी रात्री संपली. त्या मुदतीत ४८ हजार ९१९ अर्ज अंतिम झाले. नव्या प्रक्रियेसह सोडतपूर्व प्रक्रिया राबविली जात असल्याने आणि इच्छुक अर्जदारांना अर्ज भरतानाच आवश्यक ती कागदपत्रे सादर करावी लागणार असल्याने या सोडतीला कमी प्रतिसाद मिळेल असा अंदाज सुरुवातीपासूनच व्यक्त केला जात होता. त्यानुसार यंदा सोडतीला खूपच कमी प्रतिसाद मिळाला आहे. जमा अर्जांनी ५० हजारांचाही टप
